In case no one has told you, you are worthy.

As KC Davis says, in her book, “How to Keep House While Drowning”, the state of your house doesn’t change your worth.

(Thank you KC.) As I read this book, more self worth facts have been coming to my heart that I want to share with you also.

The opinions of others doesn’t change your worth.

The mistakes you have made don’t change your worth.

All that you aren’t doesn’t change your worth.

How you dress doesn’t change your worth.

How you look doesn’t change your worth.

The size of your clothes and the number on your scale don’t change your worth.

That thing you said or did, that you regret, doesn’t change your worth.

That person you loved, that didn’t love you, doesn’t change your worth.

Your imperfections don’t change your worth.

The things that have happened to you don’t change your worth.

What others have said about or to you doesn’t change your worth.

The struggles you face don’t change your worth.

The fears you fight don’t change your worth.

Your mental, physical, spiritual health doesn’t change your worth.

Your failures don’t change your worth.

Who your children are and what they have or have not become doesn’t change your worth.

Nothing and no one can change your worth, not even you!

Because you are worth God’s love for you. For the sacrifices He has made for you.

He has made you worthy!

So friend, if today you are struggling; if today you are doubting; if today your unbelief is getting the better of you, remember that there is nothing that can separate us from His love.

If you need to hear it, listen to my, current, favorite song, by Joshua Aaron . You are loved and you have worth!
